Though this post is not about any trick or something related to it but its on a topic which is trending and everyone wants to know about it!
What is lollipop?
Its an updated vesion of Android os after Kitkat (KK)! Its the latest version and most popular now.
The feel of lollipop is awesome as I've used it on Nexus 5! Some new features are added like guest mode, you can use it on different sizes of screen, it uses material design to give out a lavish look and a 3D experience. New camera features are added like burst mode and many more fine tunnings to enhance your picture quality. It even adds professional tools for sensor, flash and scene mode.
New battery features have been added to tell about after how much time will your phone switch off! It is said that new battery saver feature can extend your phone battery last upto 90 minutes more. It will even tell how much time will it take your battery to fully charge!
There is new added security features. You can securely give your phone to someone with the guest mode enabled.
There is new quick settings menu. The notifications has been updated. You can access your notifications through your lockscreen.

You can enable ART runtime mode, it will open apps very fast and keeps a code of an app and uses it everytime to open that particular app. This mode adds to smoothness to the user experience. This increases the battery and overall experience of Lollipop.
Phones that are likely to get LOLLIPOP update-:

All the NEXUS series will get Lollipop update aftre NEXUS 4...

All the Z series phone will get Lollipop update.

All the G series phones will get this update.
SAMSUNG
All the Galaxy models that are Galaxy S3 onwards in terms of specifications and price also.

As we've reached to the end of my post I would like to tell you that if you also want Lollipop on your device you should wait for some time. And if you're having a phone like mine which is still at Kitkat 4.4.2 you are most likely to not get the update and if you're on 4.4.4 there are pretty much chances of your update and rest depends upon your phone's manufacture. And don't worry if you are not getting the LOLLIPOP update the developers (unofficial) for your phone would work hard to get Android L on your phone or just a themed rom.
